Winter Fest Photo Tour
Meet at the canal towpath on Bridge St. in Lambertville

Free, registration requested.

Join us for a guided field trip to explore the natural and historic environment of Buck’s and Hunterdon County’s while capturing the scenic beauty through the art of photography.  We’ll walk along the canal through Lambertville towards Alexauken Creek just north of town. Upon arrival we’ll explore and photograph the icy falls spilling over the canal into the creek.  Basic photography skills and assistance will be available, compliments of our tour leader.

The photo tours are currently filled to capacity and registration is closed.  Please contact Anthony Flamio anthony@flamiophoto.com to be placed on a waiting list in case there are cancellations.

Music Mountain Hike
Off of Route 29, Lambertville, NJ

FREE, Self directed

Climb the heights of Lambertville and see great winter views of the town and valley below. This hike is appropriate for all ages, approx. 45 min.  Volunteers will meet you at the head of this out-and-back trail on Alexander Ave.  To get to the trailhead, take Rt. 29 Main St. North, turn right on Alexander Ave, and continue past the Lambertville Rescue Squad.

Marshall House Museum Tour

The Marshall House, on the National and New Jersey Registers of Historic Places, was the boyhood home of James Wilson Marshall, discoverer of gold in California in 1848, and is now the headquarters of the Lambertville Historical Society.
